Acceptance

Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy reserves the right to cancel a Course or Goalkeeper Camp at any time prior to the start, for any reason whatsoever.

In the event of this happening, Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from such cancellation and will NOT refund all fees paid.

When booking a Goalkeeper session, please note that these will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled for any reason, with deposits being non-refundable. Some refunds would be agreed upon if there is a major cause forcing such cancellation after evaluation from Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy

In some circumstances Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy would transfer the students’ place to another course and should there remain any difference in the cost, parents will be requested to cover the shortfall difference accordingly.

Parents are required to provide one month’s notice before cancelling the monthly payment for the weekly lessons.

The parents would pay for the student’s place on the course. If there is any cancellation of fees, this will result in the student losing their place in the lessons.

Parents are responsible for cancelling their children’s place from the lesson.

In the case of continual payment of the monthly fees, Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy will assume that the student remains on the course until you contact us or cancel your Direct Debit.

The group session course lasts for eleven months from September to July with the cost (divided into monthly instalments of £80 if paid on the first day of the month) for the season, covering a total of 37 weeks approximately. This does not include Christmas and the Easter period where two weeks break is provided for each of them.

Bank Holidays: if a weekly session coincides with a Bank Holiday the session would not take place.

Parents Responsibility

The parent/guardian warrants that the information provided on the booking form is accurate and up to date.

The parent/guardian is responsible for informing Champions Goalkeeper Academy of any special medical conditions a child has at the point of booking.

Students must not attend any class whilst suffering from any serious illness or contagious disease, returning to lessons when it is safe for them and no symptoms are shown.

The parent/guardian agrees and accepts the sole responsibility, and general conduct and cares for the student during the lesson or course.

If any student misbehaves while attending any lesson or course, Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy can exclude the student at its discretion and the payment will not be refundable as a result.

Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy has the sole right to determine when to exclude a student(s) permanently or for such a period if deemed necessary, for the safety and well-being of other students.

Responsibility for Gear

Users are responsible for the care and use of training equipment provided by Capellionsports.co.uk. Any damage or loss of gear will result in a replacement fee.

Limitations of Liability and Compliants

The parent agrees that any claim made to Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy will be made in writing within thirty days of the incident taking place and failure to do so in writing within this timeframe will cancel such a claim.

The maximum aggregate liability for Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy to the student or parent will not exceed the fees paid.

Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy and any coach will NOT accept responsibility in respect of loss, damage or expense incurred by a student or parent arising directly or indirectly connected in any way with the attendance of the student or parent at any session or course.

Payment and Fees

Fees are calculated on an eleven-month coaching basis (from September until July), with the payments divided into monthly fees (direct debit payments are divided into eleven instalments of £45). Please note that while we aim to provide 37 sessions per season, there is no set amount of monthly sessions and the number of sessions may differ from month-to-month.

Fees are due on the 1st day of each month or the 1st day of the week if paying weekly and it is agreed upon with Capellionsports Goalkeeper Academy.

Final Payments for all goalkeeper camps or events must be made no later than one week in advance of the starting date.

For one-to-one sessions, booking is required in advance. Session cancellations should be acknowledged no less than 24hrs or full payment would be required.

Attendance

If the goalkeeper does not attend a weekly session the payment would not be refunded for that single session. Payment covers a full month period independently of the number of sessions the goalkeeper attends.

In case of injury for a period longer than 4 weeks, payment would not be taken or an arrangement would be made to reschedule some sessions.
